A little History...
In 2016, I joined The Force Academy at Battle Stations Activities. I was thrilled to embark on a journey to learn the ways of LED Saber. However, my journey took an unexpected turn when my former instructor left for personal reasons.
Despite the setback, I was determined to continue my training and take on a leadership role. In 2017, I became the head instructor of the academy. It was a huge responsibility, but I was up for the challenge.
As the new head instructor, I decided to change the name of the club to Battle Sabers UK. I wanted to create a brand that was uniquely ours and better reflected our focus on the art of the saber. I reshaped the club into what it is today, putting my own stamp on it and emphasizing our commitment to teaching the ways of LED Saber.
One of the things that sets us apart is that I make all the uniforms myself. I take great pride in creating custom outfits that reflect the personalities of our members.
We also host two tournaments a year in our local town of Thetford. These events are a chance for our members to showcase their skills and compete against other saber enthusiasts. It's always an exciting time and something we look forward to all year.
Now, we're expanding our reach even further. We have a club in Norwich, and we're hoping to have one in Bury St Edmunds soon. It's been an incredible journey so far, and I'm excited to see where Battle Sabers UK will go next.

What is LED Saber?
LED Saber is a thrilling and practical sport inspired by popular science fiction. At Battle Sabers UK, we use polycarbonate sabers illuminated by high-powered LEDs to create a dynamic and engaging combat experience. Our sabers are durable enough to withstand full-contact battles, making them an excellent choice for those looking for a challenge.
It's important to note, however, that the sabers we use are not toys. While they are a lot of fun to use, they are also capable of causing serious injury. That's why we place a strong emphasis on discipline and safety at all times.
